We are committed to providing an exceptional and professional

experience to all our clients. To ensure this, we have established

the following policies

Studio Cleaning  

  • All soft textiles and wardrobe are steamed/sanitized with commercial grade disinfectant. Certified to kill cold and flu viruses and 99.9% of bacteria, including E. coli (O157:H7), Listeria, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus (Staph) on food contact surfaces.

  • Equipment and utilities are wiped down with alcohol disinfectant.

  • A 24hr gap is required in between sessions for thorough cleaning(sessions are limited due to this). 

Attendees

  • Any props that are outside of my studio possessions will require photo submissions 3 days prior to your session in order to be incorporated into your set(s).

  • Any guests with physical limitations should be disclose in advance in order to modify for posing.

  • Please have your attending group stay within the client waiting area.


Booking Policy

Your sitting fee submission includes your reservation date, session time, phone consultation, set design, wardrobe and prop usage and your first ordering appointment. This is not a deposit nor a retainer towards your order. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your shoot, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot time due to health issues will be given pardon. Following additional cancellations will incur a full sitting fee. In case of severe weather conditions, we will reschedule your shoot at no extra charge.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at your ordering appointment, the first appointment is included with your sitting fee. Additional appointments or adjustments will incur a fee of $150. If payment is not concluded within 12 hours of your appointment- a second appointment will be arranged. 
Unclaimed galleries will expire within 20 days from the session date. Galleries can be held up to 6 months if requested in advance. The un-archival fee is $150. 
Additional family members are welcome to hold their own first ordering appointment at no cost.
Copyright Policy
We retain the copyright of all images taken during your session. However, we grant clients a personal print release, allowing them to print and share images for personal use only. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited without written permission from Jaime Caitlyn Photography.
Product & Gallery Delivery Policy
All images will be delivered to clients via an online gallery. Gallery links remain active for 7 days, after which a reactivation fee may apply. All galleries will receive an email reminder prior to the expiration date. We make all efforts to deliver your images and products within four to six weeks of your session; however, this timeline may be extended during peak season.
